  What they show vs. what you actually get. On their website, the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad looks fresh, colorful, and full — lots of greens, crispy wonton strips, and well-portioned chicken. and the to-go salads are nothing like the pictures — smaller, lighter, and still the same price. What used to be a bowl is now a tiny cup, It feels misleading.

  Cashier/Order Taker is very rude. I asked him Question and he reply with attitude. He should be in kitchen rather than dealing with cuatomers. No issue with cleaniness or food quality.

  Someone farted in my soup 🍲. Otherwise it was a great experience! 😃 Can I have a refund? Just let me know if I should go to the customer service desk or if I can just put the farted-upon soup back on the shelf. 🤷‍♀️

  This is a very busy Panera because there aren’t many Panera’s left in the GTA. I love Panera and it’s especially good at this time of year - fall! The new dippers are great- a half sandwich with a tiny dipping soup. Unfortunately our order was missing a soup and a small dip but the order was very large and the kitchen was super busy. We went back to the restaurant and Liz and Akashay were super nice in replacing the items and providing us with a full half dip sandwich and a few pastries for the trouble. The food was excellent and the staff have their hands full. Gary and Elizabeth were also good at taking a large order. Best to order in advance during busy times.

  Just stood at the counter for 18 mins. No one willing to come out and take an order. Was not busy. I assume out of most things. Wont be back. Literally 0 stars, but you cannot select that.
