- DADivine Apology1 day ago1.0Rapid pick up is a joke. Food is never ready on time, even when they're empty. Then, if it is ready, it's in the back somewhere and never on the shelf where you can actually grab it and go. Don't bother asking the cooks about it, because they will just ignore you and continue doing what they're doing. It defeats the purpose of "Rapid pick up" if you have to spend time chasing down your order from behind the counter.

Saw plenty of people walking up and ordering faster than myself who "pre ordered the food". They have a sign in there that says "Skip the line, order ahead on the app", Lol. Staff looked careless and no desire to check on my food after I notified them it was past my pickup time. I understand if something happens in the kitchen or something else occurs. But waiting 30 min extra after my pick up time is inexcusable for a sandwich.

- KCKelly CSep 17, 20255.0Place is actually impressive, if you go in at noon on a week day, they could be 20 orders deep but this place is very well run and the system they have in place knocking out the orders is truly incredible, well done management
- RKreece koehlerSep 13, 20252.0Everything was great, till i got home to open my soup and bread to find my cheese put in my french onion soup not even melted. And the soup ice cold… (i poured off the top to show the not melted cheese that sunk right to bottom of cup), then to top it off i opened my bbq chicken sandwich without an up to pare amount of chicken…( didn't take a photo cause at this point i was making new food at home) for a 9 dollar sandwich i would expect to see more meat and less bread and ingredients. Outside of this assistance at the counter was great!
