  by far the worst panera i have ever been to. my boyfriend placed a rapid pick up order to be picked up IN STORE, i sat there for 20 minutes waiting to pick up just to be told that they could not find his order, when i told the employee the name i was picking up for all he said was “i can’t find it” mind you all we ordered was half of a turkey cheddar sandwich and two mac and cheese cups. we pulled around to the drive thru and sat for another 10 minutes to then receive our order, we open the bag and there’s a whole grilled cheese that we did not order, and no utensils at all. i opened my turkey cheddar sandwich to see what seemed like a whole pound of turkey on the sandwich, a mountain of lettuce, and one slice of cheese. i will not be back to this location.

  I did a online order so that I could take some bagels too I get together and when I pick them up everything they seemed great except for when I got to the party I realized they did not slice the bagles in half like I ordered, and they only gave me two little tiny cream cheeses for 13 Bagels. What were we supposed to do with no knives? I tried to call to complain and they don't answer their phone SMH.

  Order half sandwich my order said ready so I get up to grab my order Manuela tells the guy in the back it’s supposed to be half sandwich and he said they messed up and to just give it like that she said no we don’t do that take it back and cut it mind you I’m standing there watching it all happen I tell her to just give it to me and that I would pay the difference she shook her head she made me wait. You guys need to get someone else in her spot she has a terrible attitude while I was sitting there waiting for my order I also saw her tell one of her coworkers to not stand next to her and was just giving attitude the whole time. I was there (15mins) . She is in public eye it’s embarrassing for your store to have someone like her in that spot

  We signed up for the sip club since we actually liked the coffee. Unfortunately, every single time we’ve come, they’ve had no coffee. We have to ask them to brew more, and then they forget, so we have to ask again. The food takes forever no matter how busy it is, and when they do tell us it’s ready, they’ve NEVER give us the entire order. It’s always missing something. Once we ordered a coffee with caramel and they put caramel in the cup then proceeded to turn it upside down on the plate. Most recently they let us order a bagel, which we saw clearly in stock, then 20 minutes later they called our name just to tell us they were out. There’s always trash everywhere

  Used to come here all the time when i lived in WA. They had varieties of bagel and cream. This place looks detrimental!! Food all over the place, tables and garbage cans packed of garbage. U don’t have half the stuff anymore. The coffee stand wasn’t even filled with lids or sleeves. I ordered my food and one of the bagels didn’t even come right. We went and was told they didn’t have anymore more of asiago. Lying!! And someone came later brought the bagel saying they just didn’t look for it!! What type of service is this crappy hole? Is this place going out of service? Cause that’s the vibe i got. Totally disgusting! And don’t recommend it to anyone!!
