  Im an elderly women who has trouble with reading things I like to thank KAT for helping me out with my options for things to eat and helping me out to my table she is such a sweetheart she deserves a raise. God bless her soul. I will definitely be back to this amazing Cafe. Ps all the other associates were so warm and welcoming i think this place deserves more than 5 stars.

  Just got a pickup order and i was missing chips and my grilled cheese was under cooked. I went back to get it fixed and they burnt my grilled cheese on purpose thanks kat.

  They were slow making the food and my bread was so greasy. I couldn't eat it. I got the new steak and mozzarella sandwich. Not a fan.

  Massive shrink-flation! My whole sandwich was literally half size. They said they changed the bread but in reality they made it into a micro sandwich. I will not be going back.

  I went to Panera to order a sandwich, but they gave me the wrong items a salad and soup. I ended up going to another Panera location just to get the sandwich I originally came for. Today, I returned to the this location to let them know what happened and to order the same sandwich. They told me I hadn’t paid and got free food, which isn’t true. I paid, didn’t get my correct order, didn’t eat what I was given, and still had to pay again today. The way the situation was handled felt rude and unprofessional. They didn’t take responsibility . Very disappointing experience.
