This is such an improvement over last year. The staff is also much improved from 2023-2024. Highly recommend. Panera Eagan could learn a lot from this location.

I learned this location also has issues with their bagel slicer not slicing evenly so I asked for it to be sliced by hand. They came out perfect for lightly toasting at home. I love how the bagels are now lightly crispy on the outside! The bakery items were full and presented well. Staff was busy and the location looked great. Great experience and vibe. I will definitely be back!

It will take them on average 15 minutes to fill and order, so if you have just 3 people in front of the line, you are expecting to wait an hour. This is also not a one-time occurrence. The service is consistently slow. I am finally writing this review because this time it took them almost 2 hours to fill my order and there was only 5 people in front of me. This cannot possibly be acceptable. Whoever runs this location is incompetent and should not be allowed to manage analy more
