What's the purpose of having the waiting area in the parking lot if your not going to use it. I only ordered a soft drink. Take out the waiting areas if your not going to use them.

She was rude and she provided information that was not true after I called and spoke directly with her to inquire if I could make a specific order, to prevent make the trip in case the answer to my call was no. Once I got there I had to wait for approximately 15-20 minutes, for no one was at the cashier counter. Samantha then tells me, after I checked my order and realized that it was not the order that Samantha stated I would be able to receive. She was condescending, rude, and very not professional for someone who is in a leadership role. I have inform friends and family of the horrible experience and for them not to go there.
