  I placed a to-go order and sat right next to the pickup area. The restaurant was empty, yet no one ever called out my order. After a while I asked twice if the bag sitting on the counter was mine while the staff stood around having personal conversations. Eventually someone said, “Yeah, that’s it.” No apology, no effort — just poor service for such a simple pickup.

  They cant make the product correctly, yell profanity at eachother and when you ask to get their mistakes fixed they refuse...reading through the other reviews it's 100% the blonde manager refuses to fix the issues. When she wasn't there another time I had a coupon that the other boss was having issues with and his response was he can't do anything or else he'd get in trouble from her....remove this woman from this role put her on something else

  Terrifying place. The employees treat you like their enemy. I bought coffee from another Panera a couple of hours prior. When I tried to refilled it I noticed " like always'' that their coffee was old. Their food is not well done either. I had several returns in the past with a tuna sandwich that smelled like it was a week old. Salad not well mixed. And let me tell you if you leave them a tip... since I didn't wanted to pay for the old nasty coffeee, a manager store that has been nasty before and another employee came out to my vehicle, screaming, took a picture of my tag and they told me that they are calling the police. I have been their client for more than 20 years. Terrible. Two dollar coffee... but is this location folks!

  When ordering a 1/2 sandwich and a soup I asked what breads were SOFT and I was told. either tomato basil or white. I ordered the tomato basil and it was as hard as cardboard! I called the manager over and she said she couldn't do anything about it because the bread gets delivered all ready baked. That is was a terrible response and I will never return. She is absolutely not how a manager should have responded to my complaint.. I didn't eat the bread. Your company should do a much better job in hiring people. A horrible experience and my wife all ready stopped eating at this restaurant. SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!

  I ordered doubled meat for both my salad and sandwich in which it barely had meat on it. I also added red onions to both salad and sandwich and it did not come with any. I chose to get chips and the chips were not in the back. The order also did not come with utensils. I tried the brownie bite for the first time and it tastes disgusting. I have never had a problem with my panera bread until today.
