  these days, talking to a manager doesn't really do much. at least at most places it doesn't but the manager here went above and beyond to fix an issue. the forgot half our order and we didn't realize it til we got home. they offered to make the sandwich we paid for and didn't get but it was more nuanced than that. it's a 26 min drive each way so all the food got cold in the process of returning to get what was missing. the manager understood that, was so helpful and apologetic and remade the whole order (minus the cookie cuz we kept that) these days managers act like the food comes out of their check and acts like they're doing us a favor for giving us what we paid for (cough cough, McDonald's) so this was a refreshing experience and I felt validated and taken care of. *EDITED TO ADD* i didnt notice, he gave me and my girlfriend each a cookie. thanks man!

  Ordered a full Italian salad to go. Got home, and not 1 piece of meat. Chickpeas, lettuce and cheese.

  Okay. Today I ordered pick two that cost over 13 dollars. I did not get my side. No potato chips. The last time I was there and got a pick two, no spoon for my soup and no napkins. The wait time is rediculous. They totally need more help. Food is good but 13.45 for a pick two with missing items after I wait for 15 minutes is not good. L.

  Bought everything bagels to go. The service was excellent, very courteous, and quick. Bagel were fresh and delicious. Definitely returning.
