- EDEd DelutheSep 24, 20253.0Just want to start by saying we love Panera. The service was extra slow here. Stood at the register for close to 10 minutes. We were the only people in line. Turns out the girl had the other resister open but was fussing with the baked goods. How were we to know? She could have said "I'll take your order over here when you're ready." We even had a "manager looking" guy walk right by us. Never bothered to see if we needed help. Finally figured that the cashier was not coming to us, we had to go to her. OK, honest mistake, I quess, but it is "customer service" right?. Order's finally in. Agave Lemonade(my favorite )fountain was empty. Picked out a table. Maybe 2 or 3 other customers in the dining room. Not busy. Went into the men's room to wash up before lunch. No paper towels. Had to go to the napkin dispenser to dry my hands. Food took a really long time to prepare. Got our order back to the table and noticed we had no silverware for soup or salad. Went to the utensil bins and the fork bin was empty. Flagged down the food prep guy and asked for a couple of forks. Food was great but the lazy service and poor up-keep makes me want to avoid this particular Panera in the future.

- BCBruce CohenSep 16, 20253.0I tried the Ciabatta Cheesesteak sandwich, but there was hardly any meat on it, and there was enough salt in the sauce to choke a horse. I ate it regrettably, anyway, as I was super hungry, and felt guilty about sending it back. Ultimately, however, the manager made it right, and refunded my purchase.
- SSSheila Fass (sheeshee)Sep 7, 20251.0Ordered a full sized salad and only half the bowl was full. Normally other Paneras add more than here. The lettuce was lilted and soggy. Then to top things off my daughter found a hair in her broccoli cheddar soup….nasty!!! Don’t eat here!!!
