How does this place continually leave out bacon when its it the title? Everytime i order a bacon parm salad , I essentially get home to discover I just have a bowl of lettuce. 😡

Had the worst experience of any food outlet ever here! Very rude staff and manager!!
We went to a drive thru, were second in line, it took 10 mins for the customer in front of us to get their order.
We ordered 1 chicken sandwich, 1 cup of brocolli cheddar soup, 1 cup of Mac n cheese and 1 bowl of tomato soup with extra croutons. We waited for 15 mins for our order at the counter, while we were watching all the associates chatting away in the back and cars lining up behind us. No big deal, happens sometimes I guess, finally we get a lady come up with our food. No apologies for the delay, either way, we ask her- ‘do you have the extra croutons inside?’, she responds ‘yes’ and we drive away.
We get home to see no croutons, no utensils and the bowl of tomato soup literally less than half full. HALF!
I call this location and ask to speak to the manager (she is the one who picked up), I explain everything that’s missing/ under filled with the order and also the fact that we waited 25 mins for our order with 1 person ahead of us. Her response- ‘Have you ever worked in the food industry sir?’. No apology! Just this snarky question. I ask her to get a bowl of soup ready for us as we are going to drive back and be there in 5 mins. She just hangs up!
We now reach the store- we ask the girl at the front counter to get the manager. She says, ‘our soup’s ready’. We asked to speak to the manager and then we will take the order after. She goes back to inform the manager and comes back to counter.
We are now just waiting for the manager to come talk to us. Not saying a single word to her, waiting left of the counter, just patiently waiting. This girl at the counter keeps rolling her eyes at us and keeps nudging us, ‘what are you trying to get out of this?’, ‘take your soup and go home’ and many many smart remarks. We have this whole thing on video by the way!
At this point, it’s been 15 mins and the manager still hasn’t found a minute to come talk to us as we very patiently wait and experience more rude behavior from the cashier.
Finally, the manager arrives, we talk to her as patiently as we possibly can after going through humiliation and terrible service.
We tell her, mistakes can happen but the least we expect is a small apology not more snark attitude.
At this point, she finally apologizes once while this cashier is still throwing snarky remarks in the back. She asks us ‘what do you want me to do?’ I said ‘nothing more, just give our food, but please do not disrespect your paying customers. We just wanted to make sure you understand our position, humiliation and frustration.’
As we walk away with our food, the cashier screams and laughs, in a high pitched mocking voice ‘sooooryyyyyyy sooryyyyyy’ repeatedly mocking us all while the manager allows this behavior and other customers watch.
If the owner of this franchise reads this- PLEASE TAKE ACTION! We have been ordering from Panera for years, we have also been to this location multiple times before- it’s always been a good experience but this one instance literally ruined Panera for us forever!
I have the entire video of the 15 mins we waited for the manager and talked to her, I would be glad to share it with you to review.

Cold coffee,
My wife and I have been members for many years, but we are noticing a decline in Panera's quality and product, recently. First and foremost we have had a large issue with your coffee cups to-g! They have been cheapened in quality, we can never get the plastic caps ON. The edge roll at the top collapses before the cap passes the edge roll. Today, because I had lost the use of my left arm temporarily, I asked your register person to put the caps on our coffees to-go, as she was not busy at the moment. She kindly agreed and struggled to achieve success. Another customer walked up and commented on her struggle and commented that she was also having the same problem, just recently. Your young lady then said, "Their you go, all done". I loaded them on my carrier and thanked her. I gently placed the carrier and bag in the rear area of my SUV and braced the carrier from moving on my rubber mat. I drove the 1 1/2 miles back home, never having to apply my brakes, except gently for slowing. When I opened the trunk lid,,, both cup lids were popped off? At this point you should be able to grasp the issue, your coffee cups are crap. Considering that those cups hold my primary purpose for visiting your premises, you should consider the alternatives. In our case, their are three alternatives and they are equidistant from my home. I am still irritated at your cancelling those delicious "blueberry scones", YES! But life does move on, and at 83 yrs of age, I am well aware, with us or without us! At least, please fix your "cap" problem. I am sure Elon is not needed for this one. Sincerely, Rick Todd
Deserves a 4.5* rating, but that isn't available. There's an occasional snafu with the order accuracy or at the drive-thru windows, but the food is consistently good and the rewards program is more generous than others. I make this place a go-to and notice a lot of the same people there all the time.
