  The entire restaurant was dirty. The dishes were stacked up at the trash point. They were out of Autumn squash soup. It was just subpar. The bread was stale which was very surprising for the sandwich I had. They didn't slice my bagel. It was just a hot mess all the way around and I don't understand it.

  I had the lunch Duo the tomato soup and chicken barbecue sandwich it was fantastic 😍

  I mostly go here because I'm a member of their Sip Club (unlimited drinks. Look for their promo deals). But, the staff is always pleasant and helpful, and they have my drinks up quickly when I Rapid Order them online. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. Clean bathrooms. Gets busy at lunch time. I suggest ordering ahead online if you're grabbing and going. There's alfresco dining available. *Update* Website and store front say they open at 6:00 am. Another customer and I stood outside in the dark and the cold well after opening time. He gave up before I did. I'm diabetic and really had to use the bathroom. But, everyone inside pretended not to see us at the door. Lame. Their website also kept telling me my credentials were wrong when they're the ones who texted me the code to sign into my account. He said it kept telling him it was unavailable. So, I couldn't order my Sip Club drink. Just an all around annoying experience. They could come explain or put a note on the door if they weren't ready to open for business, not ignore two customers outside. Boo, Panera Bread.

  Rapid pick up order made at 110pm, order was ready at 150pm. Please staff your stores adequately this is terrible customer service

  I really love the sip club. Create an account with Panera Bread and join the sip club (it's free) and you can receive free drinks! Not all their drinks are free. They do have a great selection to choose from. You have the choice of a regular-size or a large-size cup. Fountain drinks, tea, coffee (hot or cold), and lemonade. They have honey, half and half, liquid sugar, and granulated sugar packets. They even have specialty tea bags that are self-serve. I have saved about $100 so far!! I believe you are allowed free drinks every 2 hours. The only problem I have is that it seems like more often than not after ordering my order doesn't get filled or someone takes it.
