    Messed up my order horribly. The bread and toppings on my sandwich were wrong and they forgot my sauce. They offered me a credit instead of a refund. Ridiculous

    Love the food here, I wish they still called it St Louis Bread Co, but I get the change. The food and coffee were terrific and the atmosphere is good for a quiet workspace.

    Service is slow as molasses. Been sitting in the drive thru and now out front waiting for my for my food. It's been nearly 45 minutes and still waiting! With 3 cars behind me waiting too. It's a joke! YOU NEED TO DO BETTER Edit: Came back a a couple weeks later and we went inside. No one greeted us. The employees were just standing in the back talking not doing their jobs. There were at least 5 different tables of people waiting for their food. And a line of people in the drive thru. All while employees are doing absolutely NOTHING! Why is this place even open? If you dont have enough employees CLOSE! Your establishment is an absolute joke. Needless to say, we came over to the arnold location. Went through the drive through, and get this, we waited less than 10 minutes from order to leave.
