I waited in line for over 10 minutes. Get my food go to my job to see that they never put bread in my bag. How hard is it to put a piece of bread in a bag when all you order was a pop and a soup get it together, Panera

Was the worst wait I have had a Panera since eating there!!! It was over a half hour wait just to get my food order- should not have been that long with 6-8 people in there- just not acceptable!!! They seemed to wanted to do the Uber's and their catering, and to go's more then the paying customer that comes in the restaurant 🤔!!! Definitely will not come back to the Medina one, suggest others stay away from this one because of long wait!!!

Panera Bread has decent food and the staff inside are friendly, but the drive-thru experience can be very frustrating. Even with only a car or two in line, it's not uncommon to wait 5 to 10 minutes. Once you get your food, it's usually good, but the slow drive-thru makes it less convenient.

Disgusting. I was there one evening after doing my Amazon returns at the Staples nearby. I needed quick calories before heading over to Home Depot. Most of your dinner stuff is overpriced, so I only ordered a plain bagel with nothing else. The thing tasted like how the Goodyear tire store smells. How does that even happen? What did you do to it? Also, I was asked to tip during checkout. I bought a bagel, and it was not toasted or sliced. What exactly am I tipping for? I considered making a scene and asking, "Why should I tip? Are you crazy?" However. I did not. The staffer working was a young man. Frankly, he looked like a high schooler. I don't want to discourage young people. I left a $1 tip. I am absolutely sick and tired of being asked to tip for every little thing and round up to the nearest dollar for some vague saving-the-world scam charity. NO NO NO NO NO NO NO. Basically, any BIZ that asks for a tip I have stopped transacting with. I will never set foot in another chain of yours ever again. Gross!!!! The original St. Louis Bread Co I used to go to when I lived in MO was awesome. This disgusting chemical tire-flavored bagel is an emblem of how far you have fallen. Enjoy my $1 tip. Good luck.
