- RSRuss Sprinkle2 days ago5.0I remember way back when Panera first opened. Everything was fresh and delicious. Then, for a number of years, it seemed that the quality went down. However, I think this company has made a resurgence. The food is not gourmet, but it’s good. It’s healthy. And you generally get a good value. I typically get the black bean soup and the harvest chicken salad. You can tell that the people who work there are really trying, and they care.

It was uneasy since I walked in. Thought it was just me but it’s when I was trying to get hot water the bin was empty my friend asked for a cup of hot water since it was out and the guy walked from behind just grabbed the container and ween I said all I need is a cup of hot water he said I’m getting it. SMH. I prefer Perrysburg location.

On the very rare occasion something is missing, he goes out of his way to make it right. Food is also great, plus the Sip Club and app make for a reasonably priced and convenient experience.
