- TRTaylor R2 days ago1.0Every time I do a mobile order pick up they mess it up. They keep running out of cinnamon bagels or they just forget to put all the bagels in the bag. They can't even be bothered to slice all the bagels in half. The staff doesn't seem like they want to be there. This place needs a manager who actually cares.

- SASalam AliSep 28, 20251.0Very very rude customer service, I was there this morning at 11:00 AM and a skinny lady was at the register she didn't even reply to me I told her good morning and her reply was we stopped breakfast we are serving lunch now. She was like someone had forced her to work there I would never go back there and wouldn't recommend anyone to go there, I left the restaurant went somewhere else where your welcome as a customer. Disappointed at Panaera no more.

- JJJessicaMay 23, 20251.0Nasty staff. Nasty manager. They do no wrong there they are a perfect staff so beware you will not get an apology and you’ll have to ask several times for a refund. There’s several Panera in the area. I would avoid this one.
