  It took 30 minutes to get an easy Pick 2 order and the salad was mostly arugula which was not in the description and did not blend with the dressing. All the staff worked on large orders in front of me instead of allowing the many single orders waiting to get served in a timely fashion. The staff was very rude to those of us who voiced our frustration. I should have read the reviews.

  This place needs strong management I was standing to order eating for someone to take my order for longtime No one cares Once I got someone she told me we don’t have what you want Ridiculous as an answer

  Usually I love Panera, but today they did me a great disservice. I couldn't get my typical chipotle chicken avocado sandwich because they were out of the good green stuff (avocado), so I had to opt for a simple turkey club. Lo and behold, what do I see when opening my bag??? ARUGULA. ARUGULA TO THE SKIES. WHAT IN THE LORD'S NAME. Did they assume being out of avocado meant they could make up for it with a different green topping?? BECAUSE 3LBS OF ARUGULA IS NOT THE SAME. DO I LOOK LIKE A DANG STEGOSAURUS?????!! Needless to say, I am thoroughly disappointed and honestly feeling personally slighted by this affair. Did I look like I needed more vegetables in my diet?? Did I look SICKLY????? All I wanted was the comfort of a chicken avocado melt and I ended up with enough arugula to feed a small village and an existential crisis. I don't think I can ever look at arugula again without feeling burning rage. When my husband asks why I've burned a certain section of our vegetable garden, you can tell him what happened, Panera.
