  Drive thru is not fast at all. Took 25 minutes to gets sandwiches and soup.

  10/14/25 At around 3:40 or 3:45 PM I stopped by Panera with my girlfriend to pick up an order, and while we didn’t try the food yet, I want to share how uneasy our visit felt. As we walked in toward the registers, there were about five male employees standing behind a counter near the food prep area. All of them stared at us with straight faces the entire time, which made us both really uncomfortable. One of the guys, who had longer hair, even shook his head side to side in a “no” motion as we walked by. It honestly felt like they didn’t look forward to us ordering or even being there. The energy in the room just felt tense and unwelcoming. Even if it wasn’t intentional, customers should be greeted with a friendly attitude, not stared down. I hope management looks into this, because that kind of atmosphere can really ruin the experience before the food even comes into play.

  Anytime I go to this specific panera, there is always something out of stock. Recently I’ve tried to eat there on three separate occasions (atleast a week apart if not longer). Each time there were multiple soups and sandwiches out of stock, as well as bread that comes with the mac and cheese/soups. Last time I was there I tried to order 4 separate meals and every single one was unavailable. It’s gotten to a point where now when I want Panera I drive further to a different one just because I know there’s going to be something unavailable here. It was not like this a few months ago and I’m not sure what changed but it has really gone downhill.

  The young girl at the window ignored me in the drive through for over 5 minutes, her excuse being her headset was off. I was the only person at the location, and it still took over 10 minutes to get my food. The whole time I could see the staff goofing around. And they were out of baguette

  Very rude employees. I wanted to pay cash the girl that finally came to the counter had a bad attitude because she had to take my order so I could use cash. The soda machine didn't work and I tried asking an employee about it and he totally ignored me. The food wasn't good. The bread must have be stale because it fell apart when you picked it up. The French Dip sandwich was greasy and it shouldn't have been. Definitely would not go back.
