  Soup is very good. But portions are less. Soup is pricey for that price.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Panera Bread location. The manager on duty treated a young lady customer with extremely poor and unprofessional behavior. The way the situation was handled showed a complete lack of respect, courtesy, and customer service. It is unacceptable for a manager, who should be setting the standard for their team, to behave this way. This reflects badly not only on this store but on the Panera brand overall. The company needs to seriously review this manager’s actions and make the right decision, because this kind of attitude drives customers away. We will not be coming back to this location until the management issue is resolved.

  “I have been a loyal customer here for years, but today I was treated in the most humiliating way. I first asked for a cup of water, and while I was still inside the store, I decided to get an iced coffee before leaving. Suddenly, the so-called manager started screaming at me in front of everyone, falsely accusing me of stealing. I had not even left the store yet. His behavior was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I was embarrassed in front of other customers for no reason, and no one deserves to be treated like this.

  Its definitely not a panera standards my sandwich was slapped together. And tasted terrible could not taste the chicken barely any chunks of chicken in it. I will not definitely not visit this location unless they make some major changes Its sad panera is loosing its standards.
