  I just came-back from Panera Bread from this location. I was amazed from the service Griselda provided for me. I used to come regularly but did not registered as member. She times to explain and helped me to register. I want to acknowledge her kindness and support. I really appreciate the service there: from the foods to the staffs. Five Stars: ***** Thanks again

  Panera is kinda an average place overall? I get my coffee and brownie from them. Pretty good alternative if you dont wanna pay Starbucks prices.

  All around negative experience with the Panera brand. Not sure the management and staff at this location care much about the guest experience. Wait times for drinks are in excess of 15 minutes, if someone accidentally takes your order the staff really don’t care unless you approach the register. Usually people are trained to ensure the customers are happy and are engaged with them to make sure they get what they ordered. In this location you are basically invisible as a customer. Given the other many customer complaints about service, Panera doesn’t seem to think much of their store experiences either.

  Esta en Virginia EU. Muy buena comida, saludable y rápida. Sirven muy buenas porciones. El te verde con papaya me encantó.
