- JCJason CuellarSep 20, 20251.0Crazy—| don't usually write reviews, but I felt like this needed to be said. I stopped by around 9pm, and the guy at the counter clearly didn't want to be there. I was being polite, saying "thank you" and have a great night," and it honestly felt like / was the employee. I'm new to this part of Long Island, and this interaction didn't feel welcoming at all. Even one of the other employees seemed to notice the attitude, which says something. I get that people have rough days, but some basic customer service and a little politeness go a long way. With a bit of coaching, maybe things could improve-but right now, not a great first impression.

They expect you to order from a tablet. No more interaction with the employees. That’s unacceptable. I walked in the restaurant around 1:30 pm. No good afternoon. No one to take my order. This company needs to turn things around. The world is still made of people.
