Every single time I’ve gone, there have only been maybe 2 cars ahead of me, yet it still takes around 15 minutes just to get through the line. That’s not even counting if you have a larger order—it’s this slow no matter what. At this point, it’s frustrating and feels like poor management of the drive-thru. Panera is supposed to be a “fast casual” spot, but this location is anything but fast. I’ve stopped by at different times of the day hoping for a better experience, but it’s always the same story. If you’re in a hurry, I’d recommend avoiding this drive-thru altogether.
