Worst service ever! I ordered a blueberry bagel at the drive through. After paying and waiting for 15 minutes they then tell me they don’t have any blueberry bagels. So I asked for my money back. I waited 10 more minutes and drove off because they never came back.

It is incredible this place is still in business. The last 3 times I have gone, I have left the drive through with the wrong order. Today will be the last time I ever go. I totally understand when it happens once, but when it happens every single time without resolve, it becomes pathetic.
Walk inside to a total mess, explain they again got my order wrong. They then proceeded to leave half my order off on the new order. Never again
Every single employee acts like their first day on the job. It took about 30 minutes to refill the hot water after asking multiple people and waiting in front of them with a cup. This was our first time and last.

Been meaning to review for years. Not surprised at all the 1 star ratings. We have come here about once a month for 10 years, evenly split between dine-in and take-out. Dine-in is consistently mediocre with slow service and frequent wrong orders.
Take-out is wrong 100% of the time. There has to be a directive from management to leave something off of every order. It's not often or frequently, it's every time. Today, for the 3rd time in a row, I got a Green Goddess Chicken Salad with no Chicken. My wife got a Caesar that had no cheese. There are only 3 ingredients. I don't know how you miss one.
I am truly shocked that will all the great choices nearby that this place is still in business. There clearly is no management present, or at least one that cares.
Edit: Been back twice since original review for the same order to take out, since a note from management assured me that every effort would be made to get it right. First time, wrong dressing, even though I would think Green Godess in the name would be a clue. Today, once again no chicken and no dressing. Took it back to the window. No apology, just "I'll fix it." Added chicken and once again wrong dressing. I don't even know what it was, it didn't taste like salad dressing.
But at least they have maintained their 100% wrong record.
Came to pick up a door dash order. Waited 15 min while walk in customer gets their order before me. At least 3 people working and not busy. All they doing is talking. Trash service.
