I asked for extra au jus for the French dip. I was refused by staff and management. 4oz to dip a 12" sandwich. I'm outraged and I didn't even get a refund for unacceptable food. I will NEVER eat at any Panera.
The little cup of jus wasn't even half full
The manager and staff act privileged and dismissive.
I'm calling corporate on Monday

Placed an online order at the Panera in Okemos. Went in the store to pick up. Order wasn't ready until 30 minutes after they said it would be. Then get all the way home and neither of the 2 salads had chicken in them like we ordered. $13 a piece for a salad without a protien. Panera screwed up both orders.

Some great new sandwiches on offer by this company these days.
I had the chicken pesto ciabatta dipper with the black bean soup and both were better than I expected. I might have added a bit more salt and a pinch of garlic to the soup, but it was a great companion to the sandwich. I elected to accept a short length of French baguette as a side and that was also great for dipping in the soup.
The staff were friendly and efficient and I didn't see anybody goofing laugh back there. It was a positive all around, and I'll be happy to visit this location again.

I have been a frequent drive thru customer over the past several years. Recently, the drive thru service has become really poor. I have experienced long waits, missing items and ingredients missing from salads and sandwiches. Today (mid-afternoon, not rush hour) I ordered a grilled cheese, an untoasted bagel and a beverage. My beverage wasn’t what I ordered and the wait for the food was so long that I had to leave without it in order to get to my next appointment.

Extremely disappointing experience during my Rapid Order pickup on September 30, 2025, at 9 AM. When I arrived, the employee did not greet me or say a single word—she simply walked to the shelf with my order bag and pointed to it. This came across as very rude and dismissive.
As a long-time customer, I expect at least a minimal level of courtesy when picking up an order. Unfortunately, this interaction has left such a negative impression that we will be taking our business elsewhere. I will not tolerate poor or disrespectful customer service.
