- MLMichael Lufaso3 days ago1.0Arrived and not all the kiosks are working. The first items I attempted to order were not available. No autumn squash soup. No Half French Ciabatta Dipper. Half Chicken Pesto Ciabatta Dipper. No provolone cheese. No Black bean soup. No chili. No cheddar soup. No chicken noodle soup. No rice soup. No types of cookies according to kiosk, even though there were half a dozen nearby. Order and pay for a pumpkin cookie. Tap to pay wasn't working on a card I frequently use. When food is finally ready, no, we don't have a pumpkin cookie that you ordered. "Would you like another cookie?" Given a less expensive candy cookie. Went to get a drink. Tried to get ginger ale, no, just soda water. Tried to get Starry, no, it's also just soda water. Finally on third attempt found a beverage that was functional. If this experience is typical, I don't see how this location stays in business.

But I ordered a pastry where all three of them came in severely burned, very small, and just all out disgusting. I couldn’t eat any of them. They were rock solid. This is extremely unacceptable to me, especially considering how expensive Panera is. Do better.
