Was waiting for 30 minutes when someone in line finally told me that the store was 2 hours behind on orders. No employees communicated this to any of us prior to ordering. I was not able to wait 2 hours for my food as it was supposed to be to go.I have been trying to get a refund ever since, and Panera keeps telling me this was issued. I have NOT received any refund. Stuff like this is ALWAYS happening at this location. I would not recommend going here to anyone.

We love Panera bread but not sure what happened this time we got multiple things that also included a Bread bowl broccoli cheddar soup all to go we arrived to our destination opened the bag of food to find the bread bowl to be just bread there no soup at all was able to call the store and get a refund after a long talk but I still didn’t have the soup that I wanted. This is just for the hassle. But hey they didn’t forget the Bread bowl it’s kinda dry! 👎🏻
