They charged .69 for the substitution, which I don’t think they should have since the salad had no cheese due to being out of. Ok. Get home and no napkin, no spoon or knife, only a fork. Definitely need quality control.

Other than that it was good. I got the passion fruit green drink and it did taste slightly off. The environment was very quiet great place to work or study from 10:30-1ish then it starts to pickup. Overall not a bad experience.
- BBBethAug 11, 20252.0I placed a pickup order today, but when I arrived, the drink wasn’t ready. I asked the worker about my order, and instead of getting help, I got scolded because I couldn’t recall the last name I used in the app. I even showed the order number and confirmation page, but apparently that wasn’t enough to ease the negative attitude. I understand bad days happen, but unloading your frustration on customers isn’t part of the job. If basic courtesy feels like too much to manage, perhaps you need a role that doesn’t involve interacting with the public:) I even said thank you and that person turned away like she never saw me. I’m not here to see your attitude or your screw up face. Don’t make people around you feel worse being in the same environment as you every single day:)
- SSShalikaAug 3, 20254.0The food is great. A kiosk and or cashier was provided for placing orders. The dining area was unclean. The area where you stack your plates., silverware and trash overflowed. Every seat covering was busted up. Quiet atmosphere for reading
