    Had the Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad. But very different from the picture! No grilled chicken, but maybe two slices of torn apart deli meat. No romaine but nasty iceberg coated with some chemical preservative that made my stomach hurt later. And the avocado was browning with finger indentations in it. The staff was friendly, but the table had not been cleaned in a while! Have heard good things about this chain, but this particular location made a poor impression for a first visit!

    I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup, it wasn't thick and rich. It was watery. I threw in the trash. Do better Panera!!!

    Absolutely horrible customer service all around. Submitted an online order for delivery. Received my delivery with the entire order submerged in soup and soggy as well as one of the salad looked half eaten and had the wrong dressing. I called to request a refund and give some incite to this issue and was told they can't do anything for 30days. So for a order that I paid directly for you can't refund any more for 30 days is outrageous.
