I run a neighboring restaurant in the same plaza and would treat my team to breakfast with their “feast” option. Was originally told, today, they didn’t have it. I reminded them of the menu item, then they told me they couldn’t because they stopped serving breakfast 10minutes from when I ordered (I guess “just made it” means “tough luck”). I get it, I guess, they don’t want to accommodate whatever inconvenience I was asking for…but I will not return based on this curt dismissal and refusal to serve what they advertise to offer. We are corporate, too, guys, we have to act like it. Beyond that, how about some neighborly treatment? Nah, too much to ask. Time to retrain or rehire.

I’ve been coming to this Panera every Sunday and always order the Ciabatta Cheesesteak sandwich. My wife usually gets the half Ciabatta with a half salad. This time, they were out of ciabatta bread and asked me to switch to a bagel. I agreed, even though it wasn’t my first choice.
When we got our food, I noticed my full sandwich on a bagel was the same size as my wife’s half sandwich and we both paid around $14. I asked the staff about it, and they said they added extra meat to mine to make up for it. But when we opened both sandwiches, the meat portions looked exactly the same.
Very disappointing experience. If you’re going to substitute a smaller bread, at least adjust the portion or price. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but I won’t be returning to this location again.

Absolutely disappointing experience.
I waited over 20 minutes for a simple order at Panera, only to find out my food had been sitting behind the counter the entire time, ready and getting cold. Not once did anyone call out my name or let me know it was done. Staff seemed disorganized and uninterested, just chatting while customers were clearly confused and waiting.
By the time I finally got my food, it was lukewarm at best—completely unacceptable for a place that markets itself on freshness and quality. No apology, no sense of urgency, just bad service all around.
This experience felt like my time and money meant nothing to them. I won’t be back.
I got an email that my order was ready, and I went to go pick it up and I waited because there was nothing placed on the shelf where orders are ready nor was it on the counter. I stood there several minutes ignored by all of the staff that kept yapping in Spanish and ignored me ...COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL
I come to this Panera pretty regularly, I work nearby. I order online through the app and I wait until the app says it’s ready before I go and start my lunch break. Every single time it says my order is ready and it’s not actually ready. The staff needs to be trained not to mark things as ready until they’re actually ready to be grabbed. Otherwise what’s even the point of having a status on the order?? Otherwise the customer service and food quality is good.
