- PMPhilip MurdockAug 25, 20251.0I go here often. Many times there’s no one at the register and I’m waiting up to 5 minutes sometimes. Or, there is one person on a register. Many times there’s coffee is cold and the soup is cold. Today I said something to the manager guy. He changed the coffee and it was cold again. I told him and all he did was say that that is as hot as our machine makes it sir. As if I was annoying him. I’m not going to argue about it so I said maybe someone else will notice too. Did he think maybe the heater for the coffee kegs was not working correctly? Or even care to check? Then I get my tomato soup and it’s Luke warm as well. If it wasn’t for a microwave I’d be having a cold meal. Maybe it’s because they left the room temperature at about 60 degrees. I do think most workers are friendly there though. The woman managers are always nice.
- RSRichard SharpeJul 26, 20253.0I gave a medium rating because I didn't eat there. I was at the shop next to them but here it is. It sure smelled good but after losing all my teeth next door that was all I could do anyway. So it smelled awesome.
