- MGMaureen GuzmanOct 10, 20255.0Panera is definitely one of my "go to" places to eat. Always fresh good quality food. Usually go to Puyallup as is closer to my home. Went to Lakewood mall this last time and ordering was a challenge. Couldn't tell where to stand in line and others were taken ahead of me. Most customers were accommodating and let others in, but cashiers would leave for other duties when there was a line in front of them. Very confusing.

My Caprese sandwich was watery, the mozzarella cheese was not melted, and it had no balsalmic vinegar on it. And the salad was mostly just a bed of greens with a couple of pieces of chicken tossed onto it. Not a good Green Goddess salad but very plain. But that wasn't the end of this disappointment. I called this location directly because I couldn't get the door dash app to switch from pending order pick up to done so that I could get help from Door Dash and the young girl who answered the phone was snotty, rude, and wouldn't let me speak to a Manager. She argued with me and I eventually got her to give me her Managers name which is Eli but she refused to give me her name and told me "I'm going back to what I was doing !" and hung up on me. This is absolutely unacceptable to treat a customer like this. The tone of her voice from the moment she answered the phone was rude. She treated me like she knows everything and I am just stupid. Typical of teens and young adults these days..She should be fired immediately. I will never visit this location again. I don't deserve to be treated this way.
- APAlexGrace PanchoSep 17, 20252.0Ordered the caprese sandwich and it was dripping wet with oil or something. It dropped all over my chips. Not the best experience. We've never ever had a problem with any sandwiches or anything at all until this afternoon.
- MJMarsha JohnsonSep 14, 20254.0I generally have only come to Panera for their pastries and coffee but made it in for lunch one day with my family. Ordered from the " You Pick Two" menu. The menu is a bit deceiving as prices displayed are for EACH food item, not both. It was a very expensive lunch for 3 people but pretty good-tasting. Overall, we did enjoy the food but remember to bring your " extra thick wallet" because prices are fairly steep.
