- MCMary Van CasterOct 10, 20251.0Terrible service. Never use the app. They use it as a suggestion rather than having the order ready. They make you wait 30+ minutes after the order time to get your order (pre ordered hours ago). They always mess up the order. They never have anything on stock. To make things "better" they offer a voucher to buy not stuff at their location. Went would i want to waste my time, money and effort if they will not fulfill an order or have anything in stock. If I could rate 0 I would. Never coming here again. Word of warning, don't come here unless you want to leave upset and them take your money without giving you everything you paid for.

Definitely gonna be coming here more frequently again! I haven’t been to this location in nearly a year because I had a very dissatisfying experience previously with very immature, low quality, and unwelcoming staff 10/10 Thank you Mari for being patient, helpful & respectable, my children enjoyed dinner a little extra because of your kindness tonight! Give that girl a raise or at least some praise!

- MLMelody LewisSep 12, 20255.0I went yesterday and they had gotten more order wrong. So, I call and tell them what happened and they offer to have me come back and they can make it right. I originally ordered half a tuna sandwich. When I came back, I received a full tuna sandwich with chips, two bakery items of my choice and a large drink, all for free. If they want to get my order wrong every time I would be happy. Thank you, Panera Racine for your generosity
- KFKristian FuentesSep 9, 20251.0The drive thru is so unorganized, I arrived at the drive thru lane at 7:01 p.m. and ordered 1 Lg Mt Dew, had to wait in the drive thru til 7:33 p.m. to receive my soda. Then they didn't even know what order was mine and didn't even apologize for taking over half an hour. If you're in a rush, avoid this Panera Location
