  Passion Papaya Green Tea is my fav. I had the Toasted Italiano on Ciabatta today; really good. I have had the mac and cheese before and its really good also.

  These new managers have ruined Panera and I don’t like coming here anymore. Food has also went down in quality for the past couple of years.

  Unpleasant experience every time I go. Each time I’ve walked in the past couple of times I stand at the register for a good 10 minutes before someone comes to take my order. The last time I was there there was no line and so I ordered and proceeded to wait about 30 minutes for my food which then came cold. I didn’t want to wait an extra time so I had my sandwich and soup cold. All the flavored waters/juices were out including the sweet tea. This was at 7pm, not sure if they don’t make them past a certain time so they don’t go to waste but they should point that out when people order. We sat outside because it was quite cold inside and it looked like this photo. Last time I go to this location unless they start making changes.

  Place is incompetent when it comes to delivery... my food was supposed to ready for pick up and said it was ready on the Order Board but no one bothered to help.. I had to cancel my order cause they said it would of been another 15 mins. When in comes to deliveries avoid this place when possible..you'll be losing money just on waiting
