    I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, which had the rudest manager I have ever encountered. I went there with a family of eight and we ordered a lot of food. Unfortunately, half of the food was frozen, and the soup tasted like it came straight from a can—cold and unappetizing, with no croutons and soggy bread. There was no greeting or courtesy from the staff, and the attitude was extremely poor. I do not recommend this place at all.

    Ordered turkey with cheddar cheese. Had a feeling my order was wrong but was late for work to double check. When i opened the bag at work during my lunch break noticed it was a tuna fish sandwich. Only had 30 minutes for lunch so i ate it anyways. Felt sick after eating it. Always liked panera but might have to go to different location next time

    Coffee completely out and they are very slow to refill(20+ minutes). Was completely ignored when waiting for them to replace the light roast coffee
