Went with a couple of my friends to this Panera after our meeting. Ordered the chicken bacon sandwich and had raspberry tea. My sandwich was good and came with potato chips. Service was good and we did not have to wait a long time for our sandwiches.

Literally on the phone discussing options as it’s my first time at a Panera, ever, and Alan was chiming in and I had to step away because I’m trying to just talk about the menu over the phone with interests and feedback from my friend. I was standing closer to the counter to avoid being at the register because I wasn’t ready and he comes up to swap out the pots and tried to continue his one sided conversation, as I was still on the phone, so I moved towards the doors to get out of his way and so he can understand, I’m busy on the phone. I was ready to order and in line at Miriam’s register. I’m ordering from the left side of the menu that didn’t emphasize breakfast, so I stuck with an a chai latte and she told me it was past breakfast, so I went with my second option. Didn’t want a meal, since I got my drink, but she’s preselecting chips and charged me for the meal and not up charging me for the coffee to be a part of my meal. Literally, will never have Panera after this and this is my first and last time. They have the nerve to talk about me when I’m literally right there.
