  I ordered a pick up order. This was my 1st time visiting this location. The inside of the restaurant was nicely put together. When you enter you are greeted with the smells of the bakery which is front and center. Next time I will be sure to grab a treat. The dining area looked nice and clean. It gave a relaxing vibe. I could easily see meeting a friend for lunch and convo. The food I ordered was very tasty as well. I had a Greek chicken salad and broccoli and cheese soup. Delicious! 😋

  The food that we got tasted good. However it is over a 30 minute wait to get your food. We had been there catching up on class work so got there around 11:30 and finally left around 6:30. We had lunch and dinner. During the time we were there none of the tables were wiped down. The table behind us has dirty dishes on it the entire time we were there. The woman’s bathroom floor was dirty and all the good soda options were out of order except starry. When we went to order dinner at 5 they were out of bacon, bacon bits and chicken so my son did not get bacon on a sandwich that is supposed to come with bacon but we were still charged the normal price and I had to have a salad with no protein. The green tea had been out for over an hour. Our food had a quoted time of being ready at 5:55 which was 30 mins after we ordered it but it wasn’t actually ready until 6:15. My son did not get a spoon for his soup and did not receive a cookie we paid for. When he went up to the counter to get his cookie they told him they already gave him 2. I went up there and they insisted that he got one with his meal and then another one at the checkout counter. He’s upset that he didn’t get his cookie that we paid but there was nothing I was going to be able to say to get them to believe him he didn’t get his cookie so I had to take the 5 dollar loss. Which 5 dollars for a cookie is ridiculous to begin with.

  It looks like a vintage restaurant. The store is understaffed with heavy customers. The staff tries their best to serve the customers. It was very crowded when we entered. We ordered through kiosk for Togo. We had the pagers which never buzzed. We were waiting for our food. Neither it was appearing on the display nor my name was called. Finally all the names started disappearing and then I had to ask the kitchen staff about my food. It was sitting on the counter for a while. The staff was apologetic. It’s really appreciated. The restroom was pathetic. The urinals were filthy and urine was everywhere. They were never cleaned I believe. It’s not restaurant problem rather we customer also needs to keep it clean.

  Unless you have 1 hour to wait in their drive thru I recommend any other place. Every other Panera I have been to is so fast and this one there will be 2 cars in front of you and you won't move for what feels like forever. I have waited up to 45 minutes in their drive thru before. And then didn't even have everything in the bag. Didn't get my refunds sent when I'm missing things. If this wasn't my closest location I wouldn't even consider ever coming back but this is my kids favorite comfort food while sick.

  Mi hija hizo un pedido en línea y luego de una hora :30 cuando lo fueron a retirar la respuesta del que atendió fue que el pedido ya no estaba. Y perdió el dinero y nunca entregaron el pedido.
