- DRDavid RintelOct 16, 20252.0Food tastes ok but the restaurant suffers from typical societal issues. Walked in, not busy. No one at the counter to take an order. Just as I was leaving, someone shows. Paid in cash. Cashier rounded UP my bill so as not to give coins as changed. When questioned, couldn't calculate how much to give so just randomly gave me back a nickel. Manager floating around and seemingly oblivious. Too bad, because the food was very good.

Just because one thing went wrong with YOUR order, image what that manager may be going through, with staff not showing, and God forbid if they have to re-make another person's order!! Leave 5, and your opinion it is heard or nothing. Excellent all around service from the great team at this location. Thank you guys!!
- JSJohn SakoOct 3, 20252.0I love Panera's food, but it's time to stop trying to squeeze every dime out of every dollar and hire proper management. Every single table/booth was dirty in some way. Not exaggerating either. Every single one. It's really not that hard to wipe down a table... Makes you wonder about what happens behind the counter.
