No utensils given unless asked. I ordered a soup and salad. Sob. Don’t know how they are in business.

This location is staffed with great management. A manager, I think his name is John, was so kind and helpful. He went about and beyond for me. It’s refreshing to experience staff that do their job and are happy and kind!
Writing as a thank you. Brought elderly parent for lunch and John was incredibly patient and was very reassuring and did not hurry her. The price is nice for these days. Indoor or outdoor seating available. Kayla (who prepared our food) was cheery and sweet too. We had a fun time.

I arrived at Panera at 8:30 p.m. To pick up two orders for my mom, I was greeted With a friendly smile and light conversation, very professional! Thank you so much Christine. Keep up the great work and you are truly a gem and an asset to Panera. There were other employees around, however Christine went out of her way to stop what she was doing making us priority. There was one customer ahead of me, we were assisted very quickly and very professional again Christine, thank you so much. Keep up the good work. I wish all the employees we're like you friendly, effectively efficiently and of course with a nice smile. Thank you once again, Christine for service above and beyond.

Ok, so this was easily the worst and most awkward dining experience ever. (If you can call it that as we never got food.)
The lady, and then the guy, couldnt figure out how to order a breakfast sausage croissant without egg. They also said the whole menu was available except for soup until 10:30. . . After 15 minutes trying to order 2 sandwiches, proceeded to wait another 40 minutes for them to tell us they are out of croissants and the sandwich I ordered wasnt available either (basil BLT).
When we asked for a refund the lady called my wife stupid and started cursing and literally throwing pots and pans throughout the kitchen.
After another awkward wait while they tried to find the manager, the rude manager explained to us that they are "special needs" employees and we needed to have some "grace".
We didnt know and couldnt tell that they were "special needs" and we appreciate and support the fact that they are given a fair shot at employment. However, it is absurd to me that management would let them run the front of house without backup or supervision.
Anyways. Terrible rude management, incapable employees, and had we gotten our overpriced food I'm confident it would have also sucked.
Panera will never receive one red cent of my money moving forward. . . By the looks of things they are going out of business anyways. Good riddance.
