  If I could rate this restaurant 0 stars, I would. Constantly messing up my orders like forgetting to package one of the halves of my "Pick 2." How do you do that? It's called a "Pick 2" for a reason - meaning TWO items belong with that order. Besides that, their delivery is ALWAYS late and the drivers cannot understand or chose to ignore the delivery instructions. They keep giving you credits to keep you ordering from them again in order to redeem the credits, but I've contacted their customer care team on my most recent order due to this ongoing incompetence for a full refund (we'll see if they issue it). I tried to reorder the missing item using the credit issued through their web ordering portal, but guess what? The amount to replace the missing item is not fully covered by the credit, so I'd still have to pay for THEIR error. I'm done with this location, I've given them too many chances and I'm repeatedly disappointed over and over again.

  No bathrooms on game days. Some businesses embrace game days, others don’t. They do have microwaved noodles tho.

  It's decent for what it is, sandwiches and soups are always really good. They just always forget stuff or make it a bit wrong.

  Old bakery foods. Didn’t brother to warm up the cinnamon roll. Organization is super poor. Could have simply grabbed my order but waited until they cooked everyone else’s first, while one guy just aimlessly walked around. Won’t be back. Gone down hill a lot since I’ve visited last.

  The service at this location is just abysmal. I visited in the morning on a Friday, not even an odd day or time, and there was no one at the counter. I had to wait for almost 5 minutes for someone to even come out from the back to take my order. I ordered two souffles and a cherry danish to go. I pay and leave and when I opened the bag I found that I had been given two souffles and a cinnamon roll. How do you even make that mistake? Or were you just not even listening to me when I placed my order? Ridiculous. I was also charged $18 for just those items which seemed high, but wouldn't have complained if I actually got what I ordered. I guess I should have asked for a receipt. But I normally just trust that the person behind the counter knows what they're doing. But in this case, apparently not.
