  During my last visit, the cashier was a bit brash, but she was extremely efficient, which was a definite plus for this Panera location. The food was as expected, except for the black bean soup. I had never tried the black bean soup and was quite excited that they had it on the menu. The soup was thick and should’ve been tasty, but all I could taste was the over abundance of sodium. I ended up throwing it away because it was just too overwhelmingly salty. Hope they can work on the cleanliness as well and I don’t understand how around dinner time, they always seem to be out of many of their offerings, which is quite annoying.

  I visited this establishment and was incredibly disappointed with how the manager, David, handled things. Instead of professionally informing me that dogs weren’t allowed, he chose to throw my mother out with a dismissive “nope nope dog can’t be in here”—which felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. A little respect goes a long way, especially from someone in a leadership role. Also worth noting: the only diet soda option (Diet Pepsi) was out of stock. Maybe David should focus more on maintaining basic customer needs than chasing dogs out of the lobby. Just a thought.

  Absolutely terrible and disgusting service! I was sitting and waiting for my coffee while a female employee spilled coffee on herself and then just went on with her tasks. I waited for 20 minutes, having no idea that my coffee was already made. No one informed me, and I had no clue when it was ready. In the end, I found my two cups of coffee myself, just sitting behind the coffee machine — already cold. Horrible, horrible service!
