The workers are so welcoming and i’ve never had a bad experience here, been coming since 2023 on and off. Only struggle is it’s a hassle to get there without a car, but it is so worth it. I miss eating sandwiches that were actually filled and not glorified pieces of toast like other paneras. Even when they got my order wrong they were so nice about it, fixed everything and even offered me a complimentary drink. 6/5 stars I would defend this place with my life

Plus this order was placed 10 mins before I got here. For 5 mins I sat in the car just to be safe. Sadly this isn’t the first time. They knew I was waiting for the order but they put it to the side instead of handing it to me.
