Once I pull up to the window the young lady rings me up and I pay. Then I proceed to wait for about 15 mins for soup and salad. I see no motion or anyone inside and I start to think they forgot I was there. I believe my intuition was right because once the same lady who rang me up walked by and saw I was still waiting, she had a look of shock on her face. I would understand if there was something in my order that was going to take longer to prepare but at least come and let me know. Once again...it's soup and salad. She grabs a bag that was sitting on the counter for who knows how long, and I finally receive my order. I typically don't write bad reviews on places but this isn't the first time I've had to wait an absurd amount of time here, being the only one in the drive through...at a fast food place. Please pay attention to your customers!!
