Bacon Mac n cheese But didn't have any bacon on it and who would have thought a LG would be 12.29. The tomato basil BLT was terrible... Absolutely overpriced ridiculous meal for 27.77. I will never go to this or any Panera Bread again or buy their soup in a grocery store.

The menu just seems to get bigger. A great many choices but it hasn’t seemed to detract from the quality product. Sadly the cost, IS creeping up, but for sandwich, salad and soup options, they’re hard to beat.

Rude worker in a blue shirt. I didn’t get her name. But it was October 4th around 1:35 pm. They had placed my croissant that I asked to be warmed at the bottom of the bag so of course, it got squished. Okay no big deal I’ll just ask for a new one. Right? When I went up and asked if they could give me a new one she rolled her eyes and sassed me the whole time then decided to blame the fact that “it was warmed so it’s going to get like that” and didn’t offer to warm it up. P.S. A soft pastry that’s warmed being at the bottom of a bag with sandwiches and containers on it will end up like that, i know this must be new info for a dummy But The fact she tried to blame that was ridiculous and un-needed. Unprofessional and rude. She needs to fix her crap attitude or learn accountability. There was no need for a backhanded comment you work in customer service. Not my fault nor should your nasty attitude be working there if that’s how you treat people. Sorry your life sucks, it’s not your customers fault, get a new job, learn to do your job properly, or get over it.

I have an unlimited sips club membership so I'm stopping here almost every day. Never had an issue really with the quality of the drinks (though everyone has a different idea of what going light on the half and half looks like, and sometimes it seems like less experienced employees may not realize they need to add more ice to an iced coffee than they would to something like a soda, because it's gonna melt), and the times I've ordered a half sandwich or a bagel or something alongside my drink, that's all been good. The service is top-notch if you come M-F during the morning into early afternoon, but in the evenings and on weekends, a lot of the time you get the B team of really young, stand-offish people who make you feel like you're not supposed to be there or something, like genuinely look at you like you walked up to them covered in dried blood and guts or something when you approach the counter to pick up your mobile order. I guess it's that 'gen Z stare' I've heard about. Anyway, the sips club is a great value and I'll keep coming here for that. I wish there was a location in Yukon.
