- MDMiranda Draper3 days ago5.0This is my absolute favorite Panera to visit! I’m part of the Panera club, so I go to a lot of locations—and this one always stands out. The regular employees here are simply awesome. They always greet me with a smile and a positive attitude that helps start my day off right. The manager has built an amazing team, and it really shows. Even on the rare occasion when an order isn’t quite right, they’re quick to fix it with kindness and professionalism. This morning reminded me again why I love this place so much. As I pulled in, I saw a gentleman picking up trash in the parking lot. I decided to join him and soon learned he was actually the general manager! That kind of leadership says a lot—when the person in charge takes pride in the details and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. It shows true care and commitment, and it made my morning.
