  First time I went there because I heard they had good chicken noodle soup and my sister just got out of the hospital and wanted some chicken noodle soup went through the drive-thru and ordered some more food the girl proceeded to hand me my bag and just dropped it on the ground! She didn't even wait for me to grab my bag she just let go! She said she was sorry but it doesn't matter my food was still on the ground and guess what happened to the soup won't go there again I don't have money to waste bad customer service through the drive-thru

  When you forget one of my soups in my order for pickup at 8pm on a Sunday you get 2 stars. When I don’t realize you forgot one of my soups until I get back home you get one. Going to the Loves Park one, on principle, for the rest of my life.

  I’ve been waiting in line for 25 minutes and no one coming to the window and drive-through. I’m stuck. I cannot go front or back. I have my kids with me in the car that’s not fair. I need someone to reach out back and let me know why did this happen? What was the reason For us to wait that long for grilled cheese and the person in front of me only needed a soup and a drink.

  This location holds well to the expectation and experience of a Panera Bread. Excellent friendly staff and efficiently moved through the line of folks that came to the counter. Lots of places to meet with friends or squirrel away with your laptop to get work done.

  Decent food, $45 for two pick twos and a kids meal to eat at a dirty booth then you get to stack the dirty dishes.
