- MHMatthew Hayes5 days ago3.0The only problem I have with this Panera is the drive through. 9 out of 10 times I go there for my breakfast in the morning there is a sign saying, "due to staff shortage the drivethrough can only be used for rapid pickup". This has been going on for several weeks. Either hire the people you need, stop the online orders, or take out your drive through, it's getting ridiculous. I don't blame the people working there as this is a management thing since it's a staff shortage. But I hope this place gets it together. I'm just gonna start going to eastgate instead since I have to go into the store anyway.

This location has sucked since they moved it, two pieces of turkey, folded over , cheese broken up in pieces, like they borrowed it from another sandwich, two flakes of lonely wilted lettuce, some condiment squeezed into a dollop on the opposite side of the bread, on tomato basil bread, that tasted like old seafood? I don’t know, disgusting, only ate there because my boss bought the department lunch, guess he wasted his money.
