I accidentally ordered the wrong item, and when my food was ready, I realized it wasn’t what I intended to order. I went back to the cashier to request the correct sandwich based on the picture I saw online. The cashier asked me to pay again, so I ended up spending a total of $30 for breakfast — $15 for the first (incorrect) order and another $15 for the second one. I didn’t receive any reimbursement for the mistake. Although I understand it was my own error and mistakes can happen, I was still disappointed with how the situation was handled. I believe sometimes businesses should be a bit more understanding in such cases.
