  Let me just start by saying: being a Panera Sip Club member is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life. I walk into this Panera and it’s like stepping into a spotless temple of comfort food. The place is immaculate—not a crumb out of place, not a smudge on the counter, even the napkin dispensers are lined up like little soldiers ready to serve. The staff? Incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greet you like you’re family—like they know you’re part of the Sip Club elite. (Which, of course, I am. Did I mention I’m a Sip Club member? Because I am—and I LOVE it.) Now let’s talk about the bagels. Good heavens. These bagels are works of art. Perfectly toasted, soft on the inside, and just the right amount of chew. Pair one with a hot coffee (free, thanks to—you guessed it—my Sip Club membership), and you’ll feel like royalty. Halfway through my visit, one of the staff members asked how everything was. I told them it was “amazing, just like every other day I’ve spent here as a Sip Club member.” They smiled, probably because they could tell I was living my best caffeinated life.

  Is it a thing that all Panera’s around here have disgusting bathrooms now? Seriously highway gas station vibes. And it’s weird that you can go in, make an order, dine in, hang out and do a bit of work and never really talk to anyone? I miss what Panera used to be.

  I had ordered for a carry out online, and it was ready on time. They had a display which gave you the progress of your order.

  Service is 50/50. sometimes the drinks are off. Otherwise its decent. Bathrooms need cleaning.
