  First bad experience I had in this location, the Latin women who work there made us feel bad being Latinas anyway, we went to breakfast and they served us everything cold we asked them to please warm us up that as we were going to eat something cold and they told us no, that we had already manipulated the food when we only asked to eat it hot like anyone else, but since we arrived their looks were contemptul, I would not go to this address again.

  Panera bread is the stop for a good bite, sweet or sour this is the place. Coffee to wake up or a good sandwich to fill you up, bagels or cookies, they have it all, something I recommend is the cranberry-orange poundcake, super delicious

  When I went to the Panera Bread on North Avenue in Elmwood Park , I was greeted by the server who was somewhat subdued in her speech and mannerism. My order took about 15 minutes because the server at the pickup counter, did not recognize the fact that there was a first and last name, and my name was not called out correctly! I had to go to the counter twice asking about my order, and she said " no it was not ready! " When finally I went back up to the counter, she said oh I called the wrong name!!! When I received my order and proceeded to go home to enjoy it, I was very disturbed, as the vegetables were a bit wilted and the strawberries that were in my dish were very, very ripe, in fact , overly so! In the future I will not be going to this Panera Bread, I will go to the one on Lake Street in Oak Park, which is where I generally go.... This locatiin , need to be aware that their service, pales in comparison to the Panera Bread on Lake Street in Oak Park!!!
