  Half the menu not available! Sold out 10:00 and all the coffee containers were empty Girl behind the counter was very courteous but just as frustrated as I and the other customers. Sadly, this isn’t the only Panera performing poorly, Sandusky is the all time worst but Seven Hills is aggressively trying to catch up.

  Food, fresh and delicious. The staff at register and at food station, friendly and professional. All of my food was super fresh and made to order even with my modifications, except for my wimpy pickle, which should have just been left off the plate. I'm not gonna downgrade just because of a bad pickle, everything else tasted wonderful. My coffee mug was super clean and my favorite color 😇 ,coffee delicious. The coffee station was not perfectly clean but clean enough. All the milks we're at the bottom from my first cup to my second refill. No one had come out to fill and wipe the station. Dining room is extremely spacious. Tables were relatively clean when I entered. Someone is out cleaning and wiping tables now. A few of the chairs have fabric chairback covers. Whomever owns this franchise need to replace them, or get rid of them. They're horrible and look filthy. They make the place look dirty, even though the dining room is clean. Last but not least, the women's restroom is deplorable. The toilet seats need to be replaced immediately. New toilet seats are not gonna break the bank. Neither is a few clorox wipes on the walls sink and counter. The sink was filthy, so was the counter and floor. Whomever installed the toilet paper holders needs to rethink their logic. The bathroom takes away from the whole properties aesthetics which is a shame. With that said, I would definitely eat at this location again or pick up food at this location again. It's has great food and great staff. When leaving a staff member, far far away in a corner somewhere says the words "have a good day." I turned and looked and said, "Thank you so much." I was shocked. New generation doesn't usually follow old school courtesy protocol. I was pleasantly surprised. 😃

  Stopped in on Saturday 7/19 for a 1/2 salad 1/2 sandwich to go. Was on my way to Seven Hills home days. The order took 26 minutes to make. When I found my spot for the band concert, I pulled out the salad and there was NO SALAD DRESSING. SANDWICH had no spread of any kind. While I was waiting at Paneta the 2 gents behind the counter were standing and laughing and not doing much of anything. I spent $18 on this order. NEVER AGAIN

  cappucino was surprisingly good. manager is very present and everyone is working efficiently. the place is clean and spacious, too.
