I get that PANERA is overpriced hospital food and there are other options around to eat but people choose this establishment to eat, work and to wind down.. However, with the slew of people working there, I have yet to see the same people working except 2. One of them is a woman, who was going around clearing plates from guests and the other a man with a nose ring who was complaining about having to make a grilled cheese and tomato soup "how could someone be so stupid to spend 20 dollars on a grilled cheese and soup when they can make it themselves at home? How stupid are you ?" he continued to mumble and grumble away. In a way, he's right.... grilled cheese is better in the comfort of your home, but this guest wanted to grab one on the way, which I wonder why would Panera offer a grilled cheese? It's because PANERA was created for those who want comforting food on the road. It seems that this individual doesn't like his job. He wears a shirt with a collar so I assume he holds some kind of higher management, unlike the rest of the employees in t-shirts. I feel as if he should find a job that suits him more and leave this position to someone who wants and needs this job. Someone who enjoys putting guests first and foremost. I do believe PANERA is overpriced and for the pay that they offer and biweekly pay, I can see why someone wouldn't' love their job, however I do believe that PANERA is a treat - to someone such as myself. I hope he'll stop and think before he decides to speak his mind in a restaurant that's small and with an open kitchen with guests in an arms length away who can hear everything that's being said. I choose Panera because fast food is terrible these days and for the same price, why not get comfort food? Maybe I'll think twice before returning .

I enjoy everything I order at Panera. But I learned tonight that you are charging extra to get cream cheese with your bagle. That is the craziest thing I have ever heard! You should include it in the price or the cashier should be asking if you want it when you order so customers are not forced to make another transaction when they find out cream cheese does not come with the bagle they ordered. Do better.

Whoever worked tonight needs to put themselves in check😂 almost handed us our bag without the bread bowls, which is all we got other than soup. But then they gave us the wrong soups 😂 attitudes were shitty, and no smiles

I have been to this Panera before, but never again, and all over 20 cents. I had a late dinner. I ordered Pick 2 - onion soup and Asian chicken salad. The Chicken salad was great, but the onion soup was almost cold. Now comes the rest of the story. As I was leaving I stopped to get a Chocolate Chip Muffie, for dessert. The sign plainly stated, $2.79. When they rang it, it came up $2.99. I commented the sign stated $2.79. The Clerk's comment was, "The signs wrong." No, the advertised price on a sign in plain view, in the middle of the plate of the item, is NOT wrong, at least for that transaction. How many people paid more for that item than it was advertised for. The clerk in this case needs a refresher course in good customer relations. All of this bad will, over 20 cents. I did not pay for the item, and walked out, leaving them to put it back out on the plate, and most likely throw out in just a few minutes, since it was 8 pm at that point. I had just spent $15.00, 30 minutes earlier buying my food. Since I am regularly in that area, and stop for items from time to time, they will loose a lot more than 20 cents. Some people, just should never be involved in customer service.
